Refund and Returns Policy

At Earcoustic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we offer a straightforward refund and returns policy to ensure your peace of mind.

  1. Refunds:

    • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at justinlee@theearcoustic.com.
    • Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
    • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
    • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
    • If you are dissatisfied with the product, you may return it within 30 days to: 13701 Hebron Ln, Upper Marlboro, MD 20774.  We will deduct a $7 restocking fee from your refund.
  2. Returns:

    • We accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or not as described.
    • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a return or exchange.
    • To return an item, please contact our customer support team to request a return authorization.
    • Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
    • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  3. Exchange:

    • If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, or style, please contact our customer support team to arrange for an exchange.
    • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, we will process a refund for the returned item.
  4. Refund and Return Exceptions:

    • Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or damaged.
    • Refunds or returns may not be accepted for items that have been used, altered, or damaged after receipt.
    • There’s a 15% restocking fee the customer will be charged.
  5. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect to process your request.
